Concert Venue - The Gardner Theater on the campus of Lancaster Country Day School. 725 Hamilton Rd. Lancaster, PA 17603
• Registration and Rehearsal start date - Sep. 7, 2pm registration opens
• Every Sunday after that from 3-5
*Elijah video - Movie Night - After Oct. 19 rehearsal
• Super Saturday rehearsal October 25, 9 am - (extra rehearsal, bring treats to share)
Dress Rehearsal Friday, Nov 14-7pm
Performances Saturday, Nov 15 • 7pm (call time 5:45pm)
Sunday, Nov 16 • 3pm (call time 1:45pm)
Rehearsal Order
October 26, We will run the entire Vivaldi - The Link will take you to a Vivaldi rehearsal track. Go to "content/songs" for a complete list of rehearsal tracks. The Vivaldi is also on YouTube. Search Vivaldi Magnificat by voice part.
Choir Dress
Concert dress is all black.
Men: Black suit or tux, white dress shirt, black bow tie, black shoes and socks.
Women: Long black dress, skirt, or pants, black shoes. Minimal jewelry.
Choir Folders
Every choir member will need a black binder for the concert. It can be any type of black binder.
Many of the choir members have purchased their black music folders from musicfolder.com. *Tip: If you order a folder with slight 'factory defects,' it's a little cheaper. We've found that the 'Choir RingBinder with Two Expanding Pockets - GRADE A Imperfects' is a great choice that's inexpensive, light, has a hand strap, pencil holder, and can hold a lot of music. But you can choose the folder that works best for you.
